Hello A recruiter recently reached out for a principal product role at Veritas.. I am currently at Intuit and wanted to understand from people at Veritas what the culture is like, the future of the company (read some really mixed reviews on future) and compensation Current tc - 240k Yoe- 6

Is it the work culture or the compensation? I heard they might go ipo sometime in the next 2-3 years
It is the constant layoffs, lack of innovation, and poor executive management. IPO ๐๐๐๐ they will chop off the company and sell it piece by piece. Donโt take my word. Go look at Glassdoor and Blind.
