Band 7 has levels that pay differently... 7T bonus is 10%, 7V bonus is 12%, 7T is non-exempt meaning they get paid OT, 7V is exempt and no OT so the base goes up to 185K, that might be the cap at 120K for the 7T due to OT you can actually make more
Probably close. One big difference is bonus: Band 6 = 20% and Band 7 = 12%. I have heard Band 6 cap is $190k. I’m a band 6 and at $155k base currently as a PM.
It's very very broad. Often band 7 people can make more than band 6. Band 6 has higher Variable pay
