The company policy called “work forward “ has been well communicated across all channels. When you say you haven’t heard anything are you referring to what group your director team is in (wfh,hybrid,office) specifically?
The policy and HR pie in the sky spin has been well communicated with it could be x/y/z depending on your group any questions ask your director. How it will be for individuals cant be that well communicated given how many people dont know their future in jt. My VP has been pretty vocal our WFH is temporary and hybrid will be a brief temporary stunt and everyone will be back in the office full time as soon as they decide we have too much work. If we arent in the office where they can see they dont trust us. Your VP/Directors reaction will vary I hope.
Every employee is either "remote" "office" or "hybrid". Vast majority are "hybrid". Hybrid employees will have their office schedule decided by their director, so it really depends on them. Mine told me 1-3 times/month and we will start in Aug
My director told us once a month optional initially and now we are at twice a week mandatory that they will track and we havent even gone to the office yet. Should be in august and they are warning that it will be adjusted to more days in the office as we get busier so i guess they dont believe we work from home well. Depending on the group your in it could be anything based on the varied schedules i hear from other groups i work with.
