The wireless carrier is one of the worst and if you dispute a bill , they will try to wear you down and keep passing you like football from one department to another. Don’t want to get into specifics but shame on these carriers. Hope some startup disrupt these bigwigs
They were disrupted, by several companies lol.
Hope Elon or some smart ass does something for good. Just replacement is not enough. Just sour from whole experience. I literally told them that wearing down the customer is the oldest and cheapest trick in the book. They kept on passing me around. But I didn’t give up. Spent 5 hours out of spite and got my money back. Blatant billing errors and seems like so departmentalized that halfway through they realize that they don’t have the tools or they are not the right department to make the decisioning. Why should anyone have to tell them 8 times the same thing again and again. I even refused to state the facts and asked them to read from the chat history/ logs in their end. I was way happier with AT&T . I know they are lesser evil but not outright stupid.

What’s a good carrier in the US?
T-Mobile
T-Mobile is cheap but coverage is garbage even in the SF Bay Area. Maybe it’s better in the east coast. Still on a family plan though as it’s hard to give up 35 bucks per line
