Verizon media - WLB, Culture and salary expectations with them
Interview scheduled for program manager role with Verizon media and wanted to know about Culture, WLB and growth prospects.

WLB is very good. Lots of smart people and I enjoy working here. That said, I am also a bit worried about long-term prospects of the company. In terms of pay, the RSU refreshers aren’t what they once were, so some people (like myself) will fall off a “cliff”.

There are people who are resting and vesting but not all teams are like that. Pretty smart folks here and I love the work I am doing.
Shitshow. Incompetent leadership. Good pay and decent hours. As long as you don't care about making any sort of actual impact, it's not a bad place to rest and vest. Which team is this for?
