Why each time i upgrade iphone you charge me 35$ for nothing. Activation never works and its such a customer pain and frustration. Hate you, should i switch to tmobile are they better?
I had to type imei iccid even open the case to get sim out to look at the sim id and it never matched. Link i was sent directed me to a website but auth failed cause verizon app got stuck. Such terrible IT, are all you sw really that bad?
Just another revenue source, not really “for” anything specific these days. Sucks but it is what it is. Have been thinking of giving TMO a shot but it seems they’re still weak in many places I end up. Just can’t beat the VZW network overall.
Same with me as soon as ski resorts coverage is good i can switch as in the metro areas tmo is better already
You’re buying a $1000 phone and fret about $35 activation fee?
I complain that the fee is not justified- if they make switch flawless it might be worth it but when i have to open sim slot type in sim id libg icc id two imeis that sucks
Have you taken this issue/question on Verizon’s social media outlets?
At TMO we have a program called Test Drive where you can try out our network for free if you're interested. But fyi they do charge activation fees unless you do it yourself online, if you activate over the phone or in store it's $20 or something like Verizon.
I agree it seems like a BS charge. It should be brought way down to $10 if anything.
Don't buy the phone activated on VZW. Every time I upgrade I buy an iPhone straight from Apple with no carrier selected. Then I just pop the sim card from my old phone and stick it in the new one. Instantly activated with no fees.
Yes it seems so. I just upgrade through apple and they used to ship me new phone with new sim card. This time was without as they wanted to switch to esin
Give us your money, we need to build 5ghee
Just switch already
