Got an offer in Verizon / oath. Level is pd2 (not sure if I heard it right) but with 5 years of experience and tech role. Senior software position. What should I expect?? Currently moving from a startup who doesn't pay very well. Base:? Sign on:? Anything else??

Why I am hearing after Verizon got it they are doing pretty well.
