MITRE Salary
Anyone know about Software/Embedded Software salaries for new grads at MITRE in Bedford MA? I met a new grad SWE that works there and he said they gave him 100k. Others were saying 70k max for new grads.
Was offered 85k as a new grad SWE FWIW
Was offered 90k but that was a few years ago. New grads used to come in as level 2 now they start as level 1. If you have masters youll get higher offer
Started at 85k as well. Management is pretty on top of growing competition and they definitely want to retain the entry level SWE’s. My salary increased about 30k in a year and a half, that was common for other entry level engineers with same experience as me
Would anyone at MITRE be able to help with a referral?
Probably coming in at level 2 which could be anywhere from 70 to 90k. 100k is possible but you probably have a lot of direct experience and can leverage it during negotiation.
Do you guys use Xilinx stuff a lot?
