Don’t expect too much, it is the least paid in bay area. 180-220 may be possible but no RSU. You may expect 180 base and 15% bonus but 10% 401k

Visa is notorious for title inflation. It's actually the only company I know of that does that. I was told this is due to commercial banking roots where everyone was a VP.
