Visa inc compensation revision?
Due to hot job market, is visa inc revising employee compensation? I know if you have competing offer as new employee they can give you rsu but i am talking about existing employees. TC:85K

I got positive feedback from oci and amazon but visa seems like a chill place. It's just that I don't know how team dynamics look when the new guy makes more money than everyone else
