Visa promise or scam
2 years ago EPAM contacted me in LinkedIn to offer an H1B visa. I passed in interview process and after that they told me that we don’t have enough time to apply (in 2022) for H1B but if I accept work remotely to 1 and half year they can provide me a L1B visa that is better than H1B and don’t need lottery. I declined a 100K offer because of this visa possibility now I’m receiving 🥜 from EPAM After 2 years they don’t give me the L1B visa yet and don’t applied for H1B. Total scam Anyone can recommend companies that really provide H1B visa?

You lost me when you thought L1B visa is better than H1B. Easier to get, doesn’t mean better to have.
You should have realized this early. Unless you get an offer today no one is going to sponsor h1b this year.
