ServiceNow: (Initial offer by HR) Base: 125k Bonus:10% RSUs: 75000 (over 4 yrs) No joining bonus Yoe: 4yrs + Masters Loc: Bay Area How much more can ServiceNow go upto? #servicenow #visa #compensation #softwareengineersalary #tech #software
Can you cofirm which team @ Visa? I too received same offer (tc wise) verbally but on east coast. I have same work ex with masters.
They give RSU to new grads
Servicenow is lowballing
They definitely offer RSU I don’t know where the location is but for Visa, your friend isn’t earning much compared to a new grad like me
