Asking for a friend. My friend completed Masters and has offers from Visa and ServiceNow. Visa: Base: 135k-140k (negotiating) Bonus: 10% No RSUs. (Surprisingly they said they are not offering RSUs now) Joining bonus: 10k Role: Sr. Software Engg. Can you cofirm which team @ Visa? I too received same offer (tc wise) verbally but on east coast. I have same work ex with masters.
They give RSU to new grads

They definitely offer RSU I don’t know where the location is but for Visa, your friend isn’t earning much compared to a new grad like me
