Hey all, I would appreciate if someone can help me with the work culture, tech stack, learning opportunities, benefits between these two roles: MTS at Vmware and L4 at Walmart. I am expecting offers with TC around 200k. Current TC: 140k
Do you know which BU horizon will belong to? I would say take Walmart for job stability.
Horizon belongs to EUC BU as far as I know.
Already announced its under the EUC umbrella with the VP of it owning it all both WS1 and Hzn
EUC and Carbon Black BUs are getting sold, so stay away from VMware
Not the smartest bunch at horizon. Considering EUCs potential spinoff to PE, I’d pick Walmart
What is PE?
PE = Private Equity.
Stay away from VMware, 5 days RTO
VMware no got acquired layoff coming walmart no pays peanuts expects more work toxic culture
Can you write in a complete grammatical sentence? I can't really parse what you are trying to say.
Let me help. "VMware got acquired, layoff coming. Walmart pays peanuts, expects more work, toxic culture"

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
VMware has been acquired by Broadcom. 5 days RTO.
oh. HM said 3 days RTO for now in the team. Walmart is 2 days.
RTO is team specific, no company wide policy as of now. Figure out the BU Horizon belongs to and whether it'll remain with the company in the long run. Broadcom may pay better than Walmart in the long run, read some details around this as well.
