People who say vmware is dying company don't know anything. I think vmware was on right path after many years to grow faster. People will just say 1) 3% revenue growth, this happens when you move to ARR , happened to cisco, hpe. 2) Multi cloud strategy is failure as everyone will migrate to cloud. Only 9% of workloads are on cloud, cloud is costlier. Edge is growing faster than cloud, this ratio even after 10-15 years won't be beyond 60-40. What do you think? Vmware is a dying company and why ? Yoe :9 Tc: 410k#tech
Vmware may or may not die, but as an employee, I don’t think it is a wise decision to stay working for vmware/Broadcom
Why so any specific reason?
Job stability due to vmware acquisition

High performers, how often do you have slack off days?
Bcom will not spend $70B in a dying business right ?
They can. Vpsphere and other virtualization products is anyhow going to stay even if anything else doesn't work. Those products have like 3 lakh customers, a small price hike can make them huge money
