Yes Total 37k , overlapping roles in sales,it, ops, support, management at major risk Engg is around 13k - minimal impact there

Around 10-15% can be in RnD , although its a lot but i was minimal as compared to other functions

@nope_avgo they should send it by now instead of waiting until last minute I hope China will delay the deal until new year so at least we can enjoy a normal Christmas

Broadcom had planned to buy VMware. Its been known for like a year. Broadcom has a history of mass culling after buying a company. The current market conditions likely exacerbated it but mass layoffs was inevitable.
