Snap interview experience

All 4 rounds were across behavioral, coding and system design (which is normal) all conducted by EM or Senior EM, yet I am not interviewing for a manager role. Is this normal in Snap? I have never had this experience in other companies though. (The upside is the coding questions are much simpler than I have seen before) #snap

Did you get an offer and what level if yes ?

TC, YOE, and role?

Might mean the team you're being considered for either has no one in it currently, or no one capable of interviewing in it.

Yep, EM at Snap typically write code and are very technical. No surprises there, the positive is though if you impress them enough you can potentially get up leveled since they have the power to do so

Yeah what smellynerd said. EMs typically write code here. My EM is kinda like a principal in other places.
