Coupa vs private company offer

Carta - Private company 205k base 400k stock/ 4 years (100k/ yr) 10k sign on bonus Coupa Software (public company) 190k base 135k RSUs over 3 years (45k per year) 20k sign on bonus 10% annual performance bonus Current TC: 175k Not sure if the offers are even that good enough to take rn with the layoffs. What would you guys do? So far only worked at private companies where stock is Monopoly money. Also I feel like coming in at the bottom of stock market for public companies could be good in the long run if it recovers.

What level for Coupa and how many years of experience? Also hasn’t Carta gone through some pain in the last few years?

With the current economy do you feel comfortable with Carta’s business from talking with them?

For anyone who responded Carta (private company) would like to hear why.
