Snowflake Fragomen
Has anyone here gone through the H1-B transfer process for Snowflake and can share their timeline? I submitted the questionnaire over a week ago to Fragomen, but haven't received any updates yet. Any insights would be appreciated. #snowflake

Its classic Fragomen problem. Nothing to do with Snowflake. I had similar experience with Fragomen in other org as well.

Don’t join Snowflake if you are on VISA. First they don’t have a good immigration process , i140 and other take light years . Second the culture is brutal , their performance reviews are quarterly and not much based on impact but more on your behavior . If you are head down taking orders person then it’s ok else they will cut you off ( no PIP program ) they can just let you go in seconds Last their refresh policy isn’t great , they just lure people by first initial offer , after which they don’t have any refresh or merit increases Lastly benefits are bottom tier to industry If you don’t have a job or choice then go ahead but if you do have a choice and pay is decent then don’t join snowflake
