Which credit union/bank provides most competitive rates in washington ?

CU are charging more these days. Some of the big high volume banks are able to give lower rates (high volume). I checked with many CU and all of them are atleast 0.25-0.5% higher .
I got wells fargo at 7% which is pretty high i thought. What was the range you got from banks?
