I haven't seen anyone (even the more tinfoil hats) throw out the idea that layoffs might have been in part based on a worker's activity during WFH I'm sure any company with a competent IT department could easily find out which employees were slacking off (mouse jiggler or not) So... why wouldn't they use this criteria?
