WITCH internal transfer from USA to India. Is that possible?
We are planning to move from USA to India due to some family reasons. My wife is a Manual QA so looking for some opportunities for her. She is an MBA and does not hold engineering degree I think finding a job in India will be competitive for her ( I could be wrong ) Does WITCH offer good salary in india? And is internal move possible? If not which companies can she try for? She is working full time right now on H4 EAD Looking for move in Delhi/NCR Her TC:100k
If higher management agrees... Its possible... Don't expect 100k in India from WITCH...their salary in india is mediocre ... Not great

I will do this next year. It's very much possible. You will get the equivalent Indian salary to your position once you move back

Manual QA won't make big bucks. Will max out at 15-18 max in any WITCH firm.

Possible and you are thinking right. Getting a job without a degree in Engg will be a tough nut not impossible though. Best will be get her in a role in a WITCH here and then in next 6 months ask for transfer. She will have to build network in WITCH company and be in a good book!
