Since you have a strong competing offer, I think you can get Airbnb to match or beat RSUs in which case the choice will be obvious

Read about Uber quarterly results and also read about their recent driver incentives, rider demand and also profitability. Their long term vision is currently down the drain considering they have shutdown driverless projects and only have strategic partnerships at this point. Airbnb on the other hand reduced their cost structures, ran pretty lean throughout the covid and have now gone remote first to further reduce cost structures and employ in low cost of living while jumping out of talent race to continue to grow.
Didn’t try for staff at both the companies ? At 8 YoE and as L6 at Amazon you can get interview for staff at both the places easily l.
Tried staff rounds after getting senior offers. Both sticked with senior offers mentioning I am on the edge and high performing senior. I had coinbase staff offer which got rescinded.

Uber 5a is a downgrade for L6 Amazon. Took the jump and regretted it. Boomeranging this month.
