Facebook Research Scientist interview topics?
I am considering Facebook E6 research scientist position. It looks like I should prepare for coding questions, but not sure how much system design or architecture I should be prepared. Many software engineers seem study DDIA book regarding distributed systems, but I wonder if I should also study it since I think ML modeling and design related questions are more proper than pure distributed system related questions to me. Thanks!
If it’s not FAIR, it’s a standard MLE/SWE interview. Research scientist at FB title inflation, and also for O1 visas.
Interesting. There should be a lot of ML products, which FAIR team won’t directly design or own, but ML related questions are not mainly asked?
