Hi Guys I am expecting an offer from Rubrik India so had a few questions. First - whats the actual stock value and the IPO status (both cohesity and Rubrik have been trying for years it seems)? The recruiter told stock is close to 40 usd. How's the wlb? The team I am interviewing for (NAS) is completely in Seattle and they are building a new sister team in India. If you are going to join Rubik, forget about WLB. We have an internal poll where everyone of us are complaining about WLB. We have to atleast work 10-12 hours per day. And if you are joining India Rubrik get ready to work 7 days a week
