WLB companies for kernel developer

Brief background about me: worked at Samsung India Currently at Nvidia India Masters from one of the top 7 IITs. 7yoe. I have good experience in Linux kernel and device drivers. I don't like the team that I am working at Nvidia as it demands lot of time.
