IBM offers free water from the water fountain…bring your own bottle, of course (this was pre-Covid when the office was open. May have changed)
One thing I like at DocuSign is we have been getting a random day off every month or so. And there is a program called DS cares where you get 1k to spend. It used to be for jus about anything but now it’s work focused. Still nice because there is a separated dedicated $500 you get for WFH.
Gardening leave
Is this trolling?
Seriously
Mega backdoor. 6 month parental leave even tho I’m nothing close to having a kid. 1 Friday off every month. ESPP
