Total compensation for Bay Area
I am planning to relocate from Cleveland Ohio to the San Francisco Bay Area. I am an Oracle Cloud Finance Specialist with 12+ yrs of experience. I've completed 3 end2end implementatuion in Oracle Cloud with Snowflake data warehouse, Salesforce and Marketo. What can I expect in base salary, bonus and equity?

I’m from NE Ohio originally, so I will answer. It totally depends on the company here. Some startups give a lot of equity, but it’s not worth anything. You’ll have to look at the total comp and research how the company is doing and figure out how much your equity is actually worth.
it’s going to depend a lot on the company and level. You don’t sound too bright so I’d say 3.50
