Walmart , Are folks who got Mostly Successful rating put on PIP?
I heard folks who got opportunity rating were let go by Walmart . Did Walmart also put folks who got Mostly Successful on PIP plan this year ? TC: 185K

Yes. Initially there were 5 rating... from last 2 or 1 year it has been 3. That's what my manager said.

Don't think opportunity folks were let go.. They were just put on PIP
Not sure about US but many IDC folks who were in PIP got asked to go. Most opportunity folks this year had to be put into PIP this year. Very few exceptions.
