Base pay could be a higher but they have compensated with healthier sign-on + initial equity grant of 120K. Considering the total package, it is a good one. If you could negotiate base pay to move closer to 200k mark, you have a great deal for walmart staff engineer position

It’s terrible to be honest. But a job is a job. Very team dependent - Walmart connect is slightly better due to much higher profit margin. For supply chain it’s likely the worst
