Btw TDC is total direct compensation but that does not mean you will get this amount per yr. The RSUs are granted for 4 yrs which means you will get 35.5(2lac PF is included in base)+9+2.25(9/4) = 46.5 per yr without your joining bonus. So 46.5 will be credited to you annually. This is a trick which HR follow to inflate the TC on paper but if you ask what I said above they will tell you the truth.
But thats just first year..second year would be higher and in about 3 years you will catchup.. they also provide (thankfully) the on target % which is what you most probably will get on meets expectation. Both rsu and bonus has a 0-200% range..which means based on performance we can get much more than the 100% quoted. Calling it out specifically cos I had an offer from microsoft and they not only follow our model for refreshers but is also worse off in terms of bonus %. For example , for l65 , bonus is quoted as 40% of base when their target is only 20%. So yeah we are better off ! :)
In about 3 years I will switch and get 50% hike instead of just catching up.

Please Ask them when will you grant this RSU and vesting date. I will get RSU after 1 year and will start vesting in 1 year interval for 4 year. So to vest 1 block of RSU it will take 2 years. I didn't ask and now i have to wait 1 year for grant and 1 year after that to start vesting. Ask for new joiners RSU only

It's on low side for IN4. Try asking for 40 to 42 fixed. MIP and RSU would be 25% of fixed, which is applicable for all IN4.
