Walmart has manager 1 & 2. They don't have 3.

The base can be 45-65L for L6. Infact getting anything above 50-55 will be difficult. For level 6 in India, Stock is 55% of base and bonus is 25% or 30% (not sure). So assuming 50L base, your TC (not including EPF) should be around 1.8 * 50 = 90L. If that epf number is around 10L, you should be able to see 1cr CTC

Stock which is 55% of base vests over 4 years and not annually.

Correct. Vests over 4 years, but is refreshed annually. So there's a 4 year ramp after which it's effectively 55% each year
