DONT JOIN WALMART IF YOU HAVE OTHER OFFER. Walmart is one of the shittiest company to work for. They will lie to you while talking about the compensation. Read your comp related doc carefully. This is what happened to my friend: they told them that the total comp is $X per year including stock bonus. What they did not mention is that the stock will start vesting after 1 year. which means the stock will vest over 5 years instead of 4 years like other places. They also lowball every single offer. Everyone in this company lies to everyone else. Numbers being reported in meetings are false and even if you report it to management they don't care.
Compared to Microsoft? No! Talent is mediocre
