Walmart Labs engineer pay
I am almost 3 years exp with master in comp sci. Have interview with walmart labs next week. What kind of package do they offer? Anybody have insights into base, bonuses and stocks?
why not Google or Facebook?

bonus 20% stocks probably 40-70k + a bonus grant base 130-180k

they offer 10% associate discount, and if you stay 20 years and retire with them - you can keep using your discount card.

I'd say it's more brand perception than arrogance, and Walmart is a severely damaged brand.
One of the shittiest place I have interviewed at. Full of mediocre folks with inflated title. I won't work for them even with 50% pay increase.
I worked in past in WalmartLabs.. free advice - stay away from them! Even if they can pay good money you will hate this place after 3+ months!

I live in southbay and drive to sf everyday. I gladly cut my commute time if possible
