Received an offer from Walmart, but it's significantly lower than my current base salary. Considering the switch due to dissatisfaction with my current job's disorganization and lack of software development work. Despite the pay cut, overall compensation is slightly higher. Any advice on navigating this decision?#offer #walmart

by the way ur 50k is not yearly equity. It is granted yearly but vested over 3 years. Your TC should be closer to 200k
