What level is the offer?
For an x4, it’s around $160-170k for mid-range base. You have annual bonus of 20% based on personal and company performance. $45k annual refresher rsus based on the same which vests over 3 years. And I believe you should get a new hire rsus which vests over 3 years. And potentially a sign on bonus.
Does the new hire rsu refresh every year for 3 years too?
Curious about this also…also what’s considered a lead ux role? (Is it an x4?) What does the comp look like for a tier B location?
Lead is x5. X4 is senior.
x4 tier B location comp - 140,000 base - annual bonus 20% of base - 20,000 annual RSUs vesting over 3 years - 20,000 new hire RSUs (one time only, also vests over 3 years) - no sign on bonus unless you have a competing offer

I see that you added Bay Area to your post so I’m gonna assume you’re Tier A. - Base salary for L4 senior product designer is around $150,000. Don’t know the range - Annual bonus target 20% of base, the % can go up or down based on performance - Annual RSUs for Tier A is $45,000 vesting over 3 years (Tier B is $20,000, but idk what Tier B locations are)
