If I were to get a return offer and work there for a year or two, what are the chances of transitioning to a higher TC role? Walmart isn’t my dream spot but I have a feeling new grad positions are going to be tough next recruiting cycle TC: 0

Is Walmart Labs just a subdivision of Walmart Global Tech that focuses on research?

I think so, focuses on product solutions, which in Walmart not sure exactly what they do. But from what I am hearing it’s a good place to be.

If you’re chasing TC don’t stay for a year or two. Stay for less than a year, grind interview prep, and start interviewing for a higher level externally. Obviously this all hinges upon you receiving a return offer and the job market. Good luck OP.
