Levels.fyi is not being very helpful, as 45K stock seems is not each year? (UPDATE) Walmart offer: Senior Software Developer: base: 160K stock: 45K (one time grant) + 45K over 4 years (25%) Joining bonus: 7K Yearly Bonus: 32K (20% of base) Relocation: TBD She also has offer for Amazon new grad role (TC: 162K) Scheduled for final interview at microsoft (level not decided) #walmart #amazon #microsoft

Please under the walmart offer , their stocks are more like refreshers and initial grant. So to liquidate the first year stock of 45k, it takes 4 years

Sorry for being cryptic. Walmart stocks works differently, they don’t provide initial grant, they provide stocks every year. For a senior else where , they might give 200k when you start which vests over 4 years but Walmart gives 45k each year which vests over 4 years. Can you see the difference? It takes 4 years to get the stock you received it on first year.
Walmart tc will cross 200 and will beat Microsoft and they wont give above L62. And amazon tc is way less than walmart.

Base can vary between 155 to 180 and yearly bonus of 20% with stocks so yes 230 is expected but with no experience in usa they might downlevel the offer.
