But recruiter is including all of 60k in Y1 while calculating TC. How does this work ? Shouldn't 15k be included in Y1? Am I missing something? #walmart
Thanks that makes sense
Then they shouldn't include 60k in yesr 1 tc
Yeah I don’t know why they communicate it that way. It’s confusing. You will get two 60k grants though in your first year (assuming you get a Meets Expectations review for your annual). The first grant is the quarter after you start and then you get another next spring.
What’s base?
What TC did they offer? And you should only include 15k for your first year - not 60k
What’s the complete offer ? The number sounds realty low. And what level are you at Amazon ?
TC is 315k . I'm L6
Is that sr product manager ?if it’s sr manager that’s absurdly low
The TC is ~315k
Yeah that’s low if engg manager. They make above 400k atleast with stock and bonus and stock component is atleast 90k
$60k in stocks? Bay Area?
Ya
Walmart is hiring??
This was a few months back
Yes but it’s an annual grant/you get a 60k grant each year so it builds up Y1: 15K Y2: 30K Y3: 45K Y4: 60K Y5: 60K etc
Yes. This. So many people don’t understand this about Walmart refreshers.
Isn’t this same for all companies? We don’t get the same amount every year obviously but the core logic of building up after 4 years.. what’s unique about Walmart?
