So Walmart is basically doing a layoff
Letting only the most valuable be remote sounds like.
Sounds good to me
It’s pretty much a layoff. Closing Carlsbad, Portland, and Austin offices, take the paid relocation (which you have to pay back if you leave in X time) or take severance
And all teams must be in office twice a week without exceptions starting in June, hence the need for relocating
Bruh how is there not regulation surrounding that. Seems like what they are doing is sort of close to contract work hire to get a job, then fire when job complete

Do you interview for fun?
“We hope them to relocate or allow remote work.” Good then
The allow remote work for all affected associates isn’t true. Very few got that and you need SVP/VP approval which makes it unlikely.
Oh darn. So they expect people to move states because of this? 🤯
