Hi everyone, I recently interviewed with Walmart global tech and passed the karat interview and done with 2 on site technical non coding and leadership. I was contacted my recruiter that I will have to give one more interview which will be a mix of technical and leadership. Did anyone else have a similar experience?
Looks like feedback is mixed and they want to double check on levelling
Walmart doesn't treat employees well. One example, during the last 2.5 years in the pandemic most companies gave mental day-offs, Walmart gave ZERO days off. In fact we worked overtime. We do stress testing during off peak hours, which is nights and weekends. I literally work every minute I am not dropped to sleep, I eat on my desk, I don't get time to bath during weekdays. No time to exercise, or taking care of yourself or your family. In spite of all of this my manager is always angry. This is all true verbatim, no exaggeration.
