What kind of questions are usually asked on the onsite interview at Walmart labs? I've had multiple phone and video rounds with them already but no clue as to what to expect onsite. Any information would be much appreciated. Gracias š. This is for a product management role.
Can't say much about the product management interview process, but I have plenty to say about the organization (or lack thereof) in general. Yesterday was my last day and I can't recommend that place to anyone. Incredibly mismanaged, no strong focus, bleeding talent. My entire team will have turned over in the course of maybe 3 months. I was in engineering, but I've heard it's the same for product managers as well - I've seen so much churn in PdM's lately that it's very discouraging. Be very cautious and know what you're getting into.
wtf i just accepted an offer as designer!

Expect to see lots of Indians
Is that good or bad? Seems like you're hinting there's no diversity except Indians?
While there are probably more Indians than any other ethnicity, it's still pretty diverse. I worked with a some south Americans and several Europeans. The large number of Indians does have an impact on the organization, I feel, because many managers and directors are Indian and in my experience they had a distinctive style and approach to things. Not better or worse necessarily, just how it is.
