Received offer from Walmart to join. Level X6 Non Tech $180 base 25% bonus $50K RSU refreshers $80K New hire equity over 3yrs $30K one time sign on Is this competitive? Anyone have insight on base and if there’s room on RSU portion? Current TC: $240K #walmart #comp @walmart @blindlounge
