Walmart or SAP Labs, which one to choose ?

Hi All, I am having offer from Walmart Labs & SAP Labs for SDET role, both for banglore location. Walmart is offering slightly higher compensation compare to SAP Labs. Compensation offered by both of these companies as: Walmart - Base 25 + Yearly Bonus 20% of base + RSU 15% of base SAP - Base 22.7 + Yearly Bonus 2 Lakh Walmart has hired for IMS Team(Inventory management team managing inventory for walmart Canada & Chile) & SAP Labs for SAB Ariba procurement team. Since both are good companies. I need your suggestion to make my decision which one to choose considering fact of good learning opportunity, career growth & good work life balance.
