I am expecting staff SWE offer from Walmart. How much can I expect in total comp ? I would appreciate if you can also give the break down. Location : Sunnyvale , CA Current TC : 380k YOE : 8-9 years

Base+80K stocks +20% annual bonus is what they offer. Curious who’s paying 380k and what’s the breakdown. I’m guessing good chuck of it is RSU
