Hi, I applied for Support Engineer, WP VIP but got rejected after a chat interview maybe because I could not list WordPress resources or shared my learning process incorrectly. I also applied for Happiness Engineer but got rejected after WordPress tasks for which I gave 10/10 right answers with proper documentation. Can somebody refer me? Or share where should I improve. I'm also reading books like Delivering Happiness & Exceptional Service, Exceptional Profit which is shared by WP VIP recruiter. I am planning to reapply in 1 month.
