Any tips on how to do this?
A little about me:
About 2 years test (old school enterprise storage), and 1 years sysadmin experience (Linux, Windows, Nutanix, AWS).
Think about a number of situations in the past where you can flex some technical muscle and at the same time showed some of the Leadership Principles.
Talk about some storage project or troubleshooting you did. Talk about some problem you've fixed during your sysadmin tenure. Maybe some situation where you thought out of the box. Write down 5-10 of those and you'll end up using two or three of them depending on what they ask you.
Be friendly, speak clearly and stay honest if you don't know something.
Good luck!
