Was T-Mobile recruiter mess for you too?

Now a part of t-mobile for some time. Getting hired was a mess, all thanks to recruiters. To all that interviewed at T-Mobile, was it bumpy for you to? Drop department/team name in comment if smooth

Yeah it was to put it lightly a bit of a dumpster fire.... 1) Recruiter said I wasn't qualified and didnt meet the minimum required YoE and then rejected me in the portal during the initial phone screen?...when in fact I fit the position's requirements, and then afterwards called me back and told me it was a mistake? 2) She then scheduled me an interview for the wrong position...i.e. I was interviewing for a TPM role and got sent for some analyst role. (No this wasn't a 3rd party recruiter it was an actual Tmobile recruiter). 3) Interviewed first round and it was really kind of a weird vibe. The lady seemed super proud to be at tmobile like it was the crowning achievement in her life or something. (Something just rubbed me the wrong way with this interviewer). Felt she drank the corporate kool-aid a little too hard. 4) Went onto the second round and those two were pretty chill. Passed but the compensation was lower than expected...and took a different offer. In hindsight maybe that recruiter was new, but overall I was surprised at how meh the whole interview process was.

T-Mobile doesn’t pay a competitive salary. The corporate kool-aid is passed around all the time.
