Basically nowhere. Companies like Salesforce, Google, Splunk, Microsoft have small sales/contracting offices. Microsoft does some cleared poly work supporting Azure for the IC. Capital One is probably the biggest place and they’re Albertsons Tier, the strongest talent is all tucked away doing DARPA stuff.

Not many to be honest. I tried searching and most tech you’ll see here are defense related besides Amazon and capital one. Google, meta, etc offices here are mostly non tech. And good luck getting a good tc without clearance. Anyway boomerang back to NY for a new offer
