I am currently interviewing for the above mentioned position at wayfair (Boston). Any idea how the TC is structured, and the typical ballpark of the base and equity offered.

Definitely. You can negotiate salary and stock, but things generally have to fit within certain bands depending in your level.
They're glassdoor numbers are low compared to FAANG standards which is concerning... boston is expensive as fuq...
Glassdoor is pretty accurate.
Is there room to negotiate if the candidate is experienced?
