Waymo vs Others for SWE?
Given that waymo has already made significant progress, what are the chances of an engineer to grow there vs other Autonomous Driving places which might have more opportunities for ownership. TC: 360k, 3yoe PhD.
Are you mostly using C++?
Mostly C++, python for prototyping.

How is anyone supposed to answer the ownership piece unless they work at Waymo and have experience at other audio visual companies
